Convening and Standing in the Fire

I recently read Larry Dressler's book, Standing in the Fire: Leading High-Heat Meetings with Clarity, Calm, and Courage (Berrett-Koehler Publishers, 2010).  It is a great book, with a number of parallels to The Art of Convening, but with a focus on how to facilitate the kind of high heat meetings that conveners are likely to encounter - if not frequently, at least from time to time.
